Community
involvement

We are committed to the development of a facility which benefits the local community, supports jobs, reduces emissions and contributes to accelerating Scotland’s energy transition.

Group 3

The development of Speyside Hydrogen will be subject to consultation with communities and other stakeholders at all stages.

Our first pre-application period ran from 8th August to 5th September and our second pre-application period ran from 14th November to 12th December. This included hosting two public events on the 22nd of August and the 28th of November. We will submit a planning application to Moray Council in January 2025.
