We are committed to the development of a facility which benefits the local community, supports jobs, reduces emissions and contributes to accelerating Scotland’s energy transition.
At all stages the development of Speyside Hydrogen will be subject to consultation with communities and other stakeholders.
Our first pre-application period ran from 8th August to 5th September.
Our second pre-application period for Speyside Hydrogen runs from 14th November to 12th December. We will host our second public event on the 28th of November before submitting a planning application to Moray Council in January 2025.
COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
A drop-in public event will take place in Aberlour on 28 November 2024 from 1200-1900. Please see details below:

Any person submitting comments in response to the pre-application consultation is advised that comments submitted to Storegga are not representations to the planning authority. There will be an opportunity to make representations on any future application to the planning authority.

The second pre-application consultation period for Speyside Hydrogen is open until 12th December 2024, so please make sure you submit your feedback by this date.
