Community
involvement
We are committed to the development of a facility which benefits the local community, supports jobs, reduces emissions and contributes to accelerating Scotland’s energy transition.
At all stages the development of Speyside Hydrogen will be subject to consultation with communities and other stakeholders.
Our first pre-application period ran from 8th August to 5th September. We will host a second public event on a future date which will be shared in due course.
Before submitting our planning applications for Phases One and Two, we will host two public consultation events.
COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
Our first event took place on 22nd August. We will update this page with information about future engagement in due course.
As our first pre-application consultation has now closed, any comments submitted about the proposed development will not be considered formal feedback. Any persons who have submitted comments in response to the pre-application consultation are advised that comments submitted to Storegga are not representations to the planning authority. There will be an opportunity to make representations on any future application to the planning authority.
